Shredding

SHREDDING - Citrus fruit is manually put into the shredder which strips the outer zest from the pith and cuts to size required.
The white pith that has been removed from the outer is adjustable and collected separately.

The Peel Shredding machine is fitted with an adjustable oil collector saving valuable essential citrus oils making the machine suitable to be used purely for oil extraction.
