in 1997. The Standard provides a national framework
for improving business performance and competitiveness,
through a planned approach to setting and communicating
business objectives and developing people to meet these
objectives.
BS EN ISO 9001 - Coates Engineering Group is totally
committed to providing a quality service to its customers.
The company has had a certified British Standard Quality
Management System in place since 1991 and is currently
certified to the process approach edition of the Harmonised
International Standard BS EN ISO 9001 2000. All aspects
of the company's total quality management system procedures
have been established with the emphasis on meeting customer
requirements with a superior quality product when the
customer needs it, with the ultimate goal of customer
satisfaction.
