Pulping & Sieving

BCH manufactures a range of Pulping and Sieving Machines to suit individual applications for the production of fruit pulp and purees. These come in a variety of sizes and capacities, ranging from a production of 450kg per hour to 7 tonnes per hour.

The continuous revolving action of the machine's internal brushes presses the pulp through a cylindrical, perforated screen into the discharge section of the machine to be then discharged into a receiving vessel automatically discharging any pips, stones or stalks through a rear chute.
