BCH Limited is a well known leader in product cooking

The BCH vacuum cooling system is amongst the fastest
and most efficient method of sauce/product cooling available
today.
The batch system is designed to give the customer ultimate
flexibility with a range of package cooking and cooling
systems available, from 50 to 3000 kilos capacity.
An important feature of many modern BCH systems is
the CIP system, which can be incorporated into both
cooking and cooling cycles, ensuring that the equipment
meets the high hygiene requirements of today's food
industry.
All BCH installations can be PLC controlled, enabling
data collection and batch reporting offering management
information and greater product traceability, with options
for fitting SCADA packages.
