has considerable expertise to resolve process problems
relating to the handling of sticky products as in the
production of marshmallow.
We have used this knowledge in the manufacture of
50kg/hr pilot lines through to 600kg/hr fully automated
lines with in-line drying.
The equipment range includes mallow syrup preparation,
aeration and extrusion, and specialist mallow handling
systems which enables conditioning and guillotining.
BCH can also supply marshmallow processing equipment
which allows the incorporation of marshmallow into complete
products.
All units can be PLC controlled together with SCADA
reporting systems.
