BCH manufacture a traditional atmospheric boiling pan which for the larger throughputs, several pans can be arranged in line and provided with auto feed and control .

For the smaller 'Cottage' type industry the pan can be a stand alone unit designed and manufactured for the cooking of all types of Jams before possible onward progression to larger turnkey systems.
