BCH will be exhibiting in hall 2, stand 2E12 at the forthcoming Interpack exhibition in Dusseldorf, Germany from the 8-14th May 2014.

 

BCH will be exhibiting their latest multifunction confectionery process line, capable of liquorice, starch gel and 100% fruit products. Available in pilot, 10 rope and 20 rope formats, the lines can be specified to make products in one, two or four colours. This latest addition to BCH’s well established range of liquorice and starch gel machines demonstrates their commitment to a market they have lead for many years.

 

Also on display will be:

 

1.  TP 200 machine which is a twin press head machine for the manufacture of lidded pies and open case flans & quiches as part of BCH’s complete pie manufacturing solution.

 

2.  Entry level sauce processing vessel for the food service/ restaurant/ institutional catering industries.

 

3.  Ohmic heating unit which provides a milder heat treatment process where products are heated very quickly and evenly – including those with fragile, delicate or difficult to process particulates and solids.

 

As well as hoping to meet their existing customers who produce liquorice, fruit, caramel, soup, sauces, ready meals etc from around the world, BCH hope to attract those new customers who are looking for the next generation of process solutions.
