'IN BUSINESS INNOVATION IS NOT AN OPTION. IT IS ESSENTIAL'
BCH specialise in process engineering for the food,
confectionery and pharmaceutical industries. Innovation
has always been a priority at BCH - the challenge of
change has driven the company to build a state-of-the-art
centre providing a full range of facilities and services
to customers worldwide.
BCH practise the most basic principles of marketing
today - 'KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER, RESPOND TO THEIR NEEDS'.
With these ideologies in mind BCH built the Innovation
Centre as the hub of research and development of the
BCH range of equipment, providing our customers with
new and better equipment. But that is not the limit
of the Innovation Centre's role for our customers; it
is also there for them to develop their own ideas and
processes in conjunction with the BCH process engineers,
food scientists or others.
At 1022m² the Innovation Centre has the size to
accommodate complete lines for the production of confectionery
and food items, and the range of equipment and utilities
available that can take concepts to production scale
trials.
Confidentiality is the key to a successful relationship
with our customers.
These Innovation Centres are a natural and necessary
progression for the Company. They solve the dilemma
that our customers can face - new products are essential,
yet facilities to develop them are at a premium. This
reflects our determination to provide relevant services
and help to raise standards throughout the food industry.
