BCH
has been designing and manufacturing jam production
equipment since the last century, and so is in an unrivalled
position to provide customers with high quality production
systems.
Customer demand for high quality preserves, with more
natural flavour, colour and whole fruit content, has
in turn created a worldwide market for BCH's vacuum
evaporation technology.
BCH has a range of high quality, manual or automated
plant and equipment to produce conserves, jams and marmalades,
sauces and purees, relishes, soups and fruit toppings.
We provide full turnkey jam production systems from
premix, through cooking, vacuum evaporation, and final
pasteurisation. BCH's process know how not only offers
a finished product of the highest quality, but can also
provide operational savings from increased throughputs
and efficiency.
Installations have included a fully automated plant
with a batch size of 2.5 tonnes, producing 5 tonnes/hour
of finished product. The system incorporates PLC controlled
ingredient weighing, pre-heating and vacuum and final
sugar solids control as well as providing individual
batch reports, traceability and total ingredients used.
