with an existing line ~ right up to a fully integrated
cooking & cooling system feeding directly to an
automated depositing line.
All BCH installations can be PLC controlled, enabling
data collection and batch reporting offering management
information and greater product traceability with options
for fitting a range of SCADA packages.
CLEAN IN PLACE SYSTEMS (CIP)
An important feature of many modern BCH systems is
the CIP System, which can be incorporated into both
cooking and cooling cycles, ensuring that the equipment
meets the high hygiene requirements of today's food
industry. Particular attention has been paid to ensuring
that the vacuum cooling system is clean.
