New BCH 4 Colour Twist
BCH now have the capacity to produce 4 channels of
viscous product eg) liquorice/licorice and caramel,
from a single source including any colour and flavour.
The product can then be combined into a single rope
with up to 20 ropes extruding onto a BCH cooling tunnel.
The product can be extruded in many different shapes
from squares and stars to hollow, centre filled and
twisted.
  
Extrusion technology
BCH manufacture a range of EXTRUDERS for the confectionery
industry, including side flow, twin screw, continuous
or batch fed.
Primarily designed to handle liquorice, liquorice allsorts,
fruit twist and sugar pastes, these extruders can also
handle other viscous food pastes and gels.
With the addition of the Flow Divider, which ensures
even weight distribution of product, BCH are now able
to extrude:
