Glazing Cabinets
BCH manufacture a range of
GLAZING CABINETS for the application of fats,
chocolates, caramels and jams.
Atomising spray cabinets are used to glaze coat confectionery
or food items which cannot be handled in the traditional
tumbling drum. This gives an even glaze dispersion via.
low pressure air atomisation.
Spraying of confection coatings is advantageous when:
- Coating is for decorative purposes using a minimum
of material and maximising profit.
- The product is 'health' related where nutrition
balance is important.
- Full side coating is required on high sided products.
- The product to be coated has an uneven surface.
Coating Pans
BCH manufacture traditional style pans for the coating
of Hard Candy with either chocolate, sugar or for candies
requiring a high acidity coating.
These machines can be manufactured in capacities up
to 500 Kg, either standard or tulip shaped in a tilting
version with a motorised rotating mechanism.
BCH has seen many improvements to the basic design
of this type of pan over the years making it more adaptable,
efficient and easier to use. |
